Please do NOT use your waist measurement for shorts / jeans etc. As a rule, your tummy button is a good indication of this point but please see the image below for advice.
Please choose the belt size that you are best in the middle of. Example: you measure 37", we would suggest you take a an XL as you are very close to the top of a Large.

The Team Industry Neoprene "Under" Weight Lifting Belt was originally designed for strongman athletes to be worn under a 4" lever belt and provide even more support for their extreme events. However with its versatile velcro closure and plastic spines in the back, it has fast become a favourite in the general fitness community.
The 7mm neoprene layer provides warmth to the lower back which is critical to allow for an effective training session. Plastic spines have been designed into the rear section of belt to help protect the lower back region and offer a increased amount of support before a thicker belt is required. To secure the belt there is a heavy duty velcro closure with an additional elasticated strap that can be pulled even tighter again with a velcro closure.
Loops have been designed into the belt that will allow any 10mm or 13mm 4" wide lever belts to worn over the neoprene under belt If more support is required. This is ideal for strongman events where a heavy deadlift, yoke or frame carry is part of your competition.
Measuring your waist for your weightlifting belt
Use a soft measuring tape and measure around your stomach roughly inline with your tummy button. Please keep your stomach relaxed when measuring and do NOT measure your waist where you would your trousers.
If you are in between sizes or at the top of a size band we suggest sizing up.
Example: if your waist is 34.5" you would choose the XL so you have some growing room and to be able to wear over a tee shirt / hoodie etc.

Great addition and much needed support
This is honestly the best belt I have ever owned. It is more comfortable and flexible that anything I have ever tried. It also offers more support and flexibility compared to my hard belt. Squatting 500 lbs at 47 feels comfortable with this belt and I feel more secure compared to having a soft belt + a hard belt. Believe me this is the only belt you will need in your bag below 600 lbs deadlifts and squats. The proof is also after the workout, feels like I didn't even train, that's pure comfort. Best soft belt I ever tried. Feels tight like a hard belt, but you can breathe through it and it expands. Best of both worlds.
