Measure the circumference of the middle of your knee in a straight, locked position with muscles relaxed. If you are between sizes or at the top of a size range, we recommend sizing up. Example: if you measure 15.6", choose Large, not Medium.

Elbow wraps are fairly new to me; I’ve used a cheap, no brand pair before and found they were a benefit, so when Industry dropped their version I just had to give them a try.
I’m glad I did because these are the bomb! The quality is second to none-they look and feel like they’ll last a long time.
I use these on my heaviest sets and they really help with stability all the way through the lift and add a good bit of spring at the start of the press. I think there’s some new P.R’s on the cards!

Joints felt amazing and didn’t have that weird pain. Added about 5kg to my bench instantly and could handle more weight on each exercise

I got a small as I did measure my elbow it read 10.5 but now I'm thinking I should have really got a medium..😳 the products ok relatively comfortable plenty of support.

Excellent build and quality in these sleeves by Team Industry. You feel secure and supported when wearing these sleeves but not restricted in your movement. Comfortable and generous with materials. I bought both the knee and elbow sleeves after a recommendation by another lifter, and I can't speak highly enough about both items. Don’t do what they suggest and size up in you’re at the top of the range in a given size. I followed their advice and they’re too big, only slightly but they could be tighter. Can’t be bothered to return them and be without a pair, just have to wear my previous pair underneath for a snug fit.
Using the dual ply sleevs gives great confidence while training along with good support but also flexibility, they give warmth and stay in place by incorporating the rubber top rim. Essentials for the gym bag.

Sizing is spot on and also the tightness / support of the sleeve is perfect for my crumbling knees. Will def buy again and probably more items

As an Oly Lifter knee sleeves are a fundemental piece of my kit bag, however in the past they’ve been a bit too short and don’t quite sit right. My new knee sleeves from Team Industry are a game changer, the slightly longer length helps them sit perfectly and ensure I get the bounce at the bottom of a lift when going heavy!
