Team Industry Dual Ply Elbow Sleeves are our best-selling elbow sleeves — designed to deliver exceptional compression and warmth to the elbow joint while keeping the focus firmly on muscle engagement. Whether you're pressing, curling, or pushing through a full upper body session, these sleeves keep your elbows protected and performing.
Manufactured from a custom dual ply construction with superior elastic properties, they compress and conform to the contours of your elbow far more effectively than standard neoprene sleeves. They provide targeted compression without over-supporting the joint — making them the ideal choice for bodybuilders and general weight trainers who want elbow protection without sacrificing muscle activation.
Measure the circumference of your elbow in a straight, locked position with muscles relaxed. If you are between sizes or at the top of a size range, we recommend sizing up. Example: if you measure 13.3", choose XL, not Large.
| Size | Centre of Elbow (inches) |
| S | 9.0" – 10.5" |
| M | 10.0" – 11.5" |
| L | 11.5" – 13.5" |
| XL | 13.0" – 15.0" |
| 2XL | 14.5" – 16.0" |
Followed the sizing guide and they fit perfectly. Instantly made my squatting and leg pressing more comfortable. I put them on before I drive to the gym. By the time I'm there the knee joint is warm and ready. Without the sleeves I have slight patella tendinitis. The sleeves have allowed me to train pain free. Excellent quality. Much better than my old strength shop ones.
Finally, I can train without elbow pain. They felt a bit tight when I first put them on, but now they're fine. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.
Amazing! Used them in a competition. Great helper!

Great piece of kit. Quality knee sleeves will definitely be making more purchases 👍🏻💪🏻
Elbow wraps are fairly new to me; I’ve used a cheap, no brand pair before and found they were a benefit, so when Industry dropped their version I just had to give them a try.
I’m glad I did because these are the bomb! The quality is second to none-they look and feel like they’ll last a long time.
I use these on my heaviest sets and they really help with stability all the way through the lift and add a good bit of spring at the start of the press. I think there’s some new P.R’s on the cards!

Excellent build and quality in these sleeves by Team Industry. You feel secure and supported when wearing these sleeves but not restricted in your movement. Comfortable and generous with materials. I bought both the knee and elbow sleeves after a recommendation by another lifter, and I can't speak highly enough about both items. If you're a serious lifter, then Team Industry are the 'go-to guys' for your top tier gear.
