The lifting strap has a no slip material designed into to the webbing to increase the grip on the bar for the lifter, allowing them to focus on the lift and muscle activation.
These straps are ideal for exercises such as lat pull downs, deadlifts, bent over row and almost any barbell movement in a pulling motion. Fantastic for general weight lifting and fitness workouts.
