Choosing the best wrist wraps for your training.

  • 16” Wraps - Our most popular wraps designed for general weight training and suitable for most exercises in the gym that focus on a pressing movement.  Bench press, shoulder press and over head press etc.
  • 24” Wraps - Used more for when a heavier pressing movement is performed or by someone who has a larger physical frame that a 16" wrap may not be suitable.  Heavier bench press, log press and dumb bell press.
  • 30” Wraps - For extreme support and the ability to wrap the wrist joint multiple times.  Used by experienced lifters and mainly on a heavy bench press / log press effort.
  • Stiff Wraps - A much more solid version of our wraps when the lifter desires even more support than a 30" wrap provides.  These lock the wrist in a cast like manner, can be uncomfortable but serve a single purpose - maximum support.

Choosing the Right Length

  • 30" Wrist Wraps — Maximum support with the ability to wrap the wrist joint multiple times. Preferred by experienced lifters on heavy bench press or log press attempts.
  • Stiff Wrist Wraps — A rigid, cast-like wrap for extreme support. Designed for single-purpose maximum wrist lockout on maximal efforts.

Care Instructions

Hand wash with a light detergent and air dry. Do not machine wash. Removing labels or modifying the wraps in any way will void the warranty.
